For its second annual Doctors issue, The Hollywood Reporter surveyed 2,000 professionals in the film, television, movie, music, sports and media fields to find out who are the most beloved, trusted and go-to dentists in L.A, and these are the industry's recommendations. The below list is based solely on recommendations and has not been vetted by Castle Connolly or any other medical organization.

More recently, the doctor has fixed a few broken teeth for Bruce Willis, and has given him a natural looking chipped tooth for a few movie rolls. Fugier has traveled abroad for a celebrity client implant and has worked with Lionel Richie and Jody Foster, among other entertainment notables.

Rick Glassman
Two Dole Drive
Westlake Village, CA 91362
(818) 575-8042

With top Motion Picture film credits, and three decades of "dentegrity" practice under his belt - which includes the Chao pinhole non-invasive surgical technique for gums, and therapeutic injections for TMJ and migraines; Dr. Glassman has been behind the scenes on some of Hollywood’s biggest blockbuster films and celebrated teeth. "One night I got a call from James Russo at 4am. He asked me to come and help fix a cracked tooth for his pal Sean Penn at the Chateau Marmont." Glassman raced over to the hotel in the middle of night to be greeted by the paparazzi loathing actor who was with Madonna at the time. Glassman’s talented reputation grew and one day in 1999 director David Fincher – also former patient–called. "He asked me to come down to 20th Century Fox and take a look at Brad Pitt for Fight Club to make his teeth look broken." Laura Ziskin was the President of the studio back then and also a patient. Glassman went on to help Johnny Depp get into character by looking decayed with missing teeth via 18-24K gold veneers as Captain Jack for the Pirates of the Caribbean films. The dentist also made faux spaces for Depp’s teeth for Alice in Wonderland (he did the same for Jamie Foxx in The Soloist); and flew to London for Sweeney Todd where he also met Director Tim Burton. Annette Benning, Kiefer Sutherland and the former Bruce Jenner (now Caitlyn) are also among some of his past and present patients. The doctor is also a UCLA faculty instructor in restorative dentistry and an advocate of teeth preservation.

Arthur Glosman
450 N. Roxbury Drive #222
Beverly Hills, CA 90210

The modern spa atmosphere has welcomed patients from Paris Hilton to LaToya Jackson and LMFAO. "We are a paperless and metal free office which is bio compatible and more healthy since there are less free radicals in the mouth, so this protects gums and tissues," says Glosman. They also utilize the latest in digital ex-rays and impressions, but the doctor is also known for Glosman LipLift™ - used in his smile rejuvenation which might include veneers or ceramic crowns. It can also help patients who may have a wrinkled, thin or sunken upper lip. "The upper lip can often fall prey to such conditions through aging, smoking, weight loss resulting from a breakdown in collagen and loss of skin elasticity," states Glosman. Through a scaffolding support technique from inside the lip which helps to support the soft tissue from inside the mouth for a more youthful and vibrant look with no cutting or plastic surgery, yet it restores the lower third of face. This might just be the new facelift.

Joseph Goodman
Beverly Hills Dental Group
241 S Beverly Drive
Beverly Hills, CA 90212
(310) 860-9311

Over the years, the Dr. Phil Show would regularly send their distinguished guests to Dr. Joseph Goodman for a smile enhancement before the taping of the show. The office specializes in cosmetic and advance general dentistry which is a hot button issue these days. "Patients want treatment based on a holistic philosophy," he says. Goodman is one of the few dentists in the U.S. using Ozone treatments - a water and oxygen mixture to clean teeth and treat the gum to kill bacteria. It’s a powerful and popular solution to disinfect in Europe but just taking off in the states. "It contains no chemicals, dyes or preservatives and no BPA - which is an ingredient in plastic and some old fillings that can be toxic and unhealthy," he confirms. Patients include NBA player Jason Collins and the LA Laker's Steve Blake; Prince Ubaid United Arab Emirates; Piers Morgan, and Miss Beverly Hills, Malibu and Santa Monica, as well as comedian Wayne Brady. "Wayne is always up for a good joke and makes everyone laugh in the office," says Goodman.

Edward Ines
416 N. Bedford Drive #304
Beverly Hills, CA 90210

"My niche in town is that I treat everyone like family," says Ines. Part of his immediate family includes celebrated L.A. chef Sherry Yard. Dr. Ines is a big fan of Cerec (or Ceramic Reconstruction), which takes impressions digitally and is able to produce crowns in a couple of hours along with CAD/CAM technology to custom design a tooth. "I’m trying to make them (teeth) look real with by mimicking the natural biology of the tooth that blends with the rest of the teeth. Sometimes, white is not the best especially under camera lights washing out the color of the teeth in my opinion."

Jon Marashi
11777 San Vicente Blvd. # 521
Los Angeles, CA 90049
(310) 820-0300

"My practice is 50% is cosmetic revision work," states Marashi. "There was a massive veneer push in the late 90’s and early 2000 but people didn’t have the proper training or the right skill set so patients ended up with white chicklets, but it was also a fad at the same time. I’m spending large portion of time redoing them for a return to the beautiful, natural smile that is perfectly imperfect." The doctor feels that teeth should harmonize with the rest of your facial features and not be so obvious. "We’re in the beauty business so there is almost too much of an aggressive push to look overcooked, but the natural look is good for everybody – teeth can be healthy and look good." Marashi has also noticed a product change as people are becoming more health conscience. "Consumers are asking questions about plastic content and ingredients," he says. But a day-in-the-life of dentistry is not always serious business. While serving many A-list clients, the doctor recalls fondly when long-time patient Ryan Seacrest prank-called the office, "He was claiming to have chipped a tooth, but when I picked up the up the phone, I was live on his KIIS FM radio show." The publicity hasn’t hurt either. "After I reposted one of his (Seacrest’s) Instagram feeds, I got 30-40,000 new likes."

The zen environment at Ora Dentistry Spa with fresh cut flowers, candles and natural light helps patients – who include Nia Vardalos, Mel B. and Elisabeth Rohm, slip into an anxiety free zone before they see Dr. Saleh. "We remove all the negative sensations and put people’s minds at ease," says the doctor who is internationally known for "same day dentistry." Thanks to his CAD/CAM computer system a patient never has to leave with a temporary tooth. Veeners, bridges or crowns are made right on the spot. "We can get a full mouth done in one day and this also decreases the chance of contamination from bacteria."

Saleh has been a regular on The Doctor’s Show, CNBC and Tyra among others. The host of America’s Next Top Model and The FABLife on ABC, Tyra Banks, was also a patient and has given a testimony to the dentist as "The man that I trust my teeth to." "One day I plucked up the courage to ask her for a photo," says Saleh. "She was towering over me but kicked-off her heels so we were the same height. She was more worried about how I would look which spoke volumes about her as a person." The charming dentist moved to Beverly Hills from London in 2003, where he now treats Royal Family members Lady Sophie Windsor and Fredrick Windsor.  Former patient Real Housewives of Atlanta reality cast member Nene Leakes credits the doctor as "My life changer." According to Saleh, "She is the funniest woman on the planet. I had a hard time working with her because she would crack so many jokes."

Patient Tamera Mowry also owes her perfect smile to Saleh, "I was a bad girl growing up and didn't wear my retainers. Now I realize as a talk show host, my face and smile are up close and personal to millions of viewers 24/7. Dr. Sam Saleh helped me perfect my smile and gave me a new level of confidence. Every visit is stress free and never traumatic."
