“Blend, blend, blend,” says makeup guru Andrea Tiller.

Amy Schumer may have walked away from the 68th annual Emmys on Sunday empty-handed (she was up for six awards), but the comedienne still gets our vote for a winning makeup look. “I was going for a pretty, fresh, glowy vibe, using rosy tones with some hints of grey on Amy’s eyes. I wanted her to look elegant and
radiant, with flirty lashes,” says artist Andrea Thiller, the hand behind the nominee’s look.

Tiller let a soft smoky eye do all the talking, achieved using shades from Chanel Quadra Eyeshadow in Tisse Paris. “Blend, blend, blend!” says Tiller, who dusted the palette’s palest shade across the lid before layering on a pink shade on the socket line.

“I loved using lighter rosy tones across the eyelid and creating the drama close to her lash line with the grey shadow,” she explains. “To do this, I applied a small amount of liquid liner really close to her top lashes and smudged it using a small smudge brush with the deep grey shadows for more intensity."
