The Hollywood Reporter reveals the department-by-department gender breakdown of ICM Partners' agents.

Every deal in Hollywood, from procuring source material to placing talent behind and in front of the camera, starts with the agent.

Female representation among reps now hovers at about 40 percent at CAA, ICM Partners and WME. (UTA declined to provide their numbers). "With our ability to put together projects that bring about even more diversity in terms of gender, race, et cetera, we're good agents of change in the industry," says Esther Newberg, co-head of publishing at ICM, which granted THR a closer look at its ranks (see below). "I look forward to the day women are represented throughout the industry in the same proportion they are in American society."
