She has led the agency's department for 11 years.

ICM Partners' head of corporate communications Michelle Suess is leaving the agency, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. She is departing to spend more time with her family.

During her 11-year tenure at ICM, she has overseen the messaging for a variety of major announcements, beginning with its acquisition of Broder Webb Chervin Silbermann Agency in 2006 and including the management buyout in 2012. More recent moves include the establishment of a broadcast department via the acquisition of Headline Media Management and a relocation of its Los Angeles headquarters to the penthouse floors of its Century City high-rise.

"We deeply appreciate the strategic guidance that Michelle has offered as we've transformed our agency over the past several years," said ICM's board in a joint statement, "as well as the level of integrity and commitment that she has given her role."

In addition to leading the corporate communications department, Suess also serves as president of the ICM Community Partners Foundation and heads the agency’s efforts in advertising and special events. She will remain on board in the immediate future in order to facilitate a smooth transition to her successor, who is expected to be announced soon.

"I’m grateful to have had this opportunity during a period of such growth and change at the agency, and I’m particularly proud of the work that we’ve done with our foundation to support young people in Los Angeles and New York," Suess said in a statement. "I’ll miss my colleagues here tremendously, but I’m looking forward to the next chapter."
