Four out of the five newly elevated employees are women.

ICM has promoted five coordinators to agent:

Toni Domenech is now an agent in global branded entertainment. Before joining the department in October 2016, she worked at Morris Yorn and also spent six years working in live events in the U.S. and abroad for companies including Wizard World and Creation Entertainment. She will look to further grow ICM's business with niche conventions, including expanding into South America and sign new names to the roster.

Lily Fettis is now an agent in motion picture production. The Santa Barbara native and UCLA graduate came to ICM from the Skouras Agency in February 2014 as assistant to agent Lara Sackett (who was promoted to partner last month). Fettis, who also previously worked as a production design PA, became a trainee in July 2015 and was elevated to coordinator six months later.

Jess Frohman is now an agent in concerts. Although she is a Los Angeles native, she grew up in Toronto and graduated from both York University and Concordia in Montreal, and also earned a postgraduate broadcasting degree at Humber College. Prior to joining ICM in June 2014 as assistant to Steve Levine, she was a promotions manager and part-time on-air host for Toronto's Jazz FM91. Frohman became a trainee and then coordinator in October 2016.

Greg Jules is now an agent in international television and media. The Chicago native studied political science at Miami University and then worked as a business account manager at AT&T. He joined ICM in 2014 as an assistant to international television and media head Michael Kagan, to whom he continues to report. Jules was promoted from trainee to coordinator in April 2016.

Julia Senerth is now an agent in concerts. The Lawrenceville, New Jersey, native studied psychological and brain sciences at John Hopkins University, and after her 2010 graduation became a fellow at the National Institutes of Health, researching cognitive behavior on the autism spectrum. She then switched to the music industry, becoming assistant to Andrea Johnson first at The Agency Group and then at ICM in 2014. She became the coordinator in 2016.
