The new agents come from the talent, lit, concerts, digital and branded entertainment divisions at the Hollywood agency.

ICM Partners has announced the promotion of 14 agents, including seven from its 2020 class and seven more newly minted agents this year.

The promotions come from multiple divisions at the agency in Los Angeles and New York, including from among the branded entertainment, concerts, digital, lit, publications, talent and theater departments.

The agents promoted last year are Sam Barickman (Theater), Sam Bartlett (Concerts), Branden Berger (Concerts), Zach Hardin (TV Production), Ferguson Hiett (Concerts), Ariel Meislin (Lit) and Sara Shapiro (Concerts). Newly promoted agents for 2021 include Katie Baral (Digital), Jake Houston (Branded Entertainment), Kyle Jaeger (Lit), Chad Kojouri (Non-Scripted), Jimmy Martin (Talent), Jennifer Simpson (Podcasts & Publications) and Andrianna Yeatts (Publications).

“Today we celebrate the [rite] of passage from coordinator to agent for 14 hardworking ambitious, and intellectually curious women and men, who have earned their promotions,” said Kevin Crotty and Sloan Harris, co-presidents of ICM Partners.

The promotions announcement follows a tough year for ICM and other talent agencies, whose staff faced layoffs and furloughs amid the entertainment industry disruption caused by the coronavirus pandemic, which shut down all film and TV production in March 2020.
