ICM TV Head to Leave Agency

Mike Jelline, whose client roster includes Vanessa Williams and Ali Larter, is expected to land at another agency shortly.

ICM’s head of TV talent, Mike Jelline, is leaving the agency.

The executive, whose clients include Vanessa Williams, Ali Larter and Jeremy Sisto, is expected to wind up at another agency shortly.

A source said that Jelline no longer wanted to handle the administrative responsibility that comes with heading the department. Jelline has spent the duration of his professional career at ICM; he joined the agency in 1997.

“Mike has made considerable contributions to our television talent department,” said Ted Chervin, ICM’s head of worldwide television, in a statement. “We appreciate his hard work and wish him the best.”

According to the source, ICM is expected to name a replacement for Jelline in the coming weeks, and perhaps by week’s end.

It’s unknown where Jelline might land. He took over the TV talent department in 2008. Jelline and ICM are said to have been unable to redefine his role at the agency after it was clear he no longer wanted administrative responsibilities.
