IFC Films picks up third Toronto title

Takes North American rights to 'Fear Me Not'

TORONTO -- IFC Films has bought its third title of the Toronto International Film Festival, picking up North American rights to the Danish-language pic "Fear Me Not."

Kristian Levring's addiction drama centers on a doctor who, facing a midlife crisis, volunteers to be a part of a clinical study for a new anti-depressant but soon finds himself addicted to the drug. The movie is set for a 2009 release.

IFC's Arianna Bocco negotiated the deal with TruskNordisk.

The Rainbow media unit earlier picked up Steven Soderbergh's "Che" and Jan Troell's "Everlasting Moments."
