Iglesias back with first album since 2003


NEW YORK - Latin star Enrique Iglesias has set a June 12 release for "Insomniac," his first Interscope album since 2003's "7." First single "Do You Know (The Ping Pong Song)," which was written by Sean Garrett, will hit U.S. radio outlets Monday.

"Insomniac" sports contributions from John Shanks, Johnta Austin, Max Martin, Kristian Lundin and Steve Morales, among others. Rapper Lil' Wayne guests on the track "Push."

Iglesias will reintroduce himself via a May 7 guest spot on the TV comedy "Two and a Half Men," a May 15 appearance on "Dancing With the Stars" and a June 15 performance on NBC's "Today." In addition, he will perform at a city to be announced as part of the Live Earth concert on July 7.

"7" has sold 394,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan. It spawned the single "Not in Love," which reached No. 1 on Billboard's Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart, and "Adicto," a top 10 hit on the Hot Latin Tracks chart.
