Il Divo preps new album for Nov. 18

Songs will be sung in Italian, Spanish and English

NEW YORK -- Superstar vocal group Il Divo is eyeing a Nov. 18 release for its next Syco/Columbia studio album.

The as-yet-untitled set was produced by Steve Mac, who has worked with Il Divo on several prior projects. Among the tracks expected to appear are "Bridge Over Troubled Water," "Amazing Grace" and "Hallelujah." Also making an appearance is Frankie Goes to Hollywood's "The Power of Love," which songwriters Holly Johnson and Trevor Horn have never previously sanctioned for a cover.

According to a spokesperson, the album will feature material primarily sung in Spanish, English and Italian, and a superstar-level duet is also in the cards.

Il Divo's most recent album, 2006's "Siempre," has sold more than 1 million copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan.
