Intandem putting 'Humpty Dumpty' together

Will shop sci-fi horror flick at Cannes' Marche du Film

LONDON -- Intandem Films is putting "Humpty Dumpty" back together again.

The U.K. sales and finance house has picked up worlwide sales rights on the sci-fi horror flick about a half-human, half-alien creature and will seek out new financing in its role as executive producer on the project.

Former New Line exec Mark Ordesky is producing with Darryn Welch of Instinctive Film and Suzanne de Passe and Madison Jones of the iDream Co. Fabienne Villette will co-produce.

The movie details the story of a creature who unleashes his rage on the world after an act of evil is carried out against his mother.

It marks the debut movie from fledgling writer Billy Majestic and will be directed by "Snakes on a Plane" helmer David R. Ellis.

Due to start filming in September, Intandem will make the rounds with the project during the Marche du Film in Cannes.
