'Intruders' Actor James Frain Joins 'Orphan Black' for Third Season

The clone drama also adds Kyra Harper, Ksenia Solo and Earl Pastko to lineup

The Canadian clone drama Orphan Black has snagged James Frain for its third season.

The Intruders star is to play Ferdinand, a well-educated, powerful player in a secretive, multi-national political faction. The breakout BBC America and Space drama, which stars Tatiana Maslany, has also added fellow Canadian actors Kyra Harper, Earl Pastko, and Ksenia Solo to the one hour drama from Temple Street Productions.

Solo plays Shay, a holistic healer and new friend to Cosima (Maslany), while Harper performs the role of Dr. Coady, a ruthless doctor and consultant for the military. And Pastko will play Bulldog, a silent and violent personal bodyguard to Ferdinand.

The third season of Orphan Black, comprising ten new episodes, will debut in spring 2015. The hour long drama was created by John Fawcett and Graeme Manson.
