This Is What Carolina Herrera, Olivia Munn and Micaela Erlanger Are Gifting This Holiday

We asked 100 of Hollywood's savviest style makers what they're giving this holiday season. And their answers were so good that we decided to make an e-commerce website full of their ideas.

We're kind of like guys when we shop — we know what we want, we don't like to browse and any stragglers don't get invited to the next outing (lead-footed, indecisive friends, be warned). But when it comes to gift-giving, we tend to have some trouble. After all, it's hard to find a gift for a loved one that actually feels like something they would want (let alone treasure) and not regift to the next dinner party hostess who happens to send an e-vite.

And because our 2014 has thus far been a very lucky year filled with really good people who truly deserve more than a Starbucks card (though, in our house, those are always happily accepted), we decided to ask those who get paid for their taste exactly what they are giving their nearest and dearest this holiday season.

From the town's top stylists (Anne Hathaway stylist Penny Lovell is giving her associate her favorite Hydrating face mask; Lupita Nyong'o stylemaker Micaela Erlanger is giving her clients and assistants her favorite facial) to the best beauty mavens in the game (we want the coffee table book Sally Hershberger is giving to her best friend, too) and a slew of designers (Carolina HerreraWes Gordon) and thespians (Diane LaneOlivia Munn) in between — we now officially have a starting point for our own holiday shopping.

One-hundred starting points, to be exact. The gift suggestions we got were so good, in fact,  that we decided to build an e-commerce site to house them. So now you, too, can shop the same illustrious gift list we were afforded from the comfort of your couch.

With adorable stationary, banana-shaped bongs and monogrammed wallets to peruse, throw the Starbucks card away (or send it to us) and feel like an actual hero this holiday.

You're of course welcome to join us at the mall, but using our new website will probably be more fun. Happy shopping.
