Isabelle Fuhrman is ready to hang out with All the Fine Boys.
The Masters of Sex alum and Hunger Games actress is joining the off-Broadway play, also starring Abigail Breslin, Joe Tippett and Alex Wolff.
Set in suburban South Carolina in the late '80s, the new play follows two fourteen-year-old best friends Jenny (Breslin) and Emily (Fuhrman) who are hungry for experience (meaning, boys): Emily chooses her senior crush from the high school play, and Jenny a man she’s seen at her family’s church. The parallel stories take tricky and terrifying turns while exploring the fascinations and complications of sexual awakening and the first painful gasps of adulthood.
Erica Schmidt wrote and directs the play, which runs Feb. 14 through March 26 at the Pershing Square Signature Center.
Fuhrman takes on the stage gig amidst upcoming projects like the indie dramas Extra Credit and Arthur Darks and Hellbent, as well as the Joe Manganiello comedy Shoplifters of the World and the fantasy flick Down a Dark Hall. She is repped by CAA and Management 360.
