Isabelle Huppert and Chloe Grace Moretz Bring the Chills in First 'Greta' Trailer

The thriller was written and directed by Oscar-winner Neil Jordan.

It doesn't pay to be nice.

The chilling first trailer for Greta, the thriller starring Chloe Grace Moretz and Isabelle Huppert, has arrived and presents a disturbing game of cat and mouse.

Moretz plays a young woman who finds a handbag left behind on a New York City subway. When she returns it to its owner (Huppert), she thinks she has just made a new friend in the big city. Things quickly unravel, however, when Moretz discovers the eccentric French piano teacher is not all she seems and has been laying traps around the city to lure victims to her apartment.

As Moretz's character begins to figure out the sinister intent of Greta, she finds herself more and more in danger. The trailer showcases disturbing images featuring bloody floors, poisonous syringes and bodies wrapped in tarps in basements.

Directed and co-written by Neil Jordan, an Oscar winner for 1992's The Crying Game, Greta hits theaters in March 2019.
