Jack Kenny joins 'Warehouse 13'

Will be a showrunner/exec producer on the Sci Fi drama

Jack Kenny has signed on as showrunner/exec producer of Sci Fi Channel's upcoming drama series "Warehouse 13."

The move reunites him with exec producer David Simkins. The two worked together on NBC's short-lived 2006 series "Book of Daniel"; Kenny created the series and served as writer/exec producer, while Simkins was co-exec producer.

ICM-repped Kenny also co-created the Fox comedy "Titus" and exec produced "Wanda at Large," another Fox comedy.

"Warehouse" was recently given a series pickup for a July 2009 debut. Production is set to start in February in Toronto.

The series, from Universal Cable Prods., revolves around two FBI agents (Eddie McClintock, Joanne Kelly) who, after saving the life of the U.S. president, are relocated to Warehouse 13, a location that houses supernatural objects the government has collected over the centuries. Saul Rubinek also stars.
