"Napoleon Dynamite" helmer Jared Hess is directing the comedy, also starring Kristen Wiig.

In what is shaping up to be a formidable comedy cast, Jason Sudeikis is in negotiations to join Zach Galifianakis, Owen Wilson and Kristen Wiig in Relativity’s untitled armored car project.

The company has set an Aug. 14, 2015, release for the comedy, which will be directed by Jared Hess (Napoleon Dynamite).

The project, formerly known as Loomis Fargo, is based on the true story of four dim-witted Southerners who pulled off one of the biggest heists in American history, robbing almost $20 million from a Loomis Fargo armored truck. Production will begin July in North Carolina.
