#SocialGathering: Jay Z Is an Instagram Husband; Gucci's Alessandro Michele Does L.A.

Beyonce Jay Z Instagram Square 2016

And Margot Robbie's 'Suicide Squad' press tour looks to have been on point.

Can't keep up with what's been going on in the social media world? Fret not. Here, a gathering of what the stars have been up to this week on social media.

Jay Z, Instagram Husband
Welcome to the 'gram, Jay. Beyonce and Jay Z made lemonade out of their recent relationship rumors, enjoying Europe while Bey is on her world tour. Hova's reflection was visible in a candid shot that Bey shared on her blog and Instagram this week (what’s with these two and elevators?). It's safe to say that the rapper has become an Instagram husband, a term coined by The Mystery Hour's infamous YouTube video of the same name that showcases husbands going to great lengths for their wives to capture the perfect Insta shot. "Behind every cute girl on Instagram is a guy like me, and a brick wall," reads the video's description. This could be good for Jay Z’s next record.

Alessandro Michele's Los Angeles
Gucci creative director Alessandro Michele has been in Los Angeles this past week. The designer, who was spotted dining at Silverlake hot-spot Café Stella, posted a banner from Cindy Sherman’s exhibit at The Broad in DTLA and an obligatory Chateau Marmont photo. The designer au currant posts florals, robes and preserved snakes. Our L.A. suggestions for Alessandro? Necromance at 7222 Melrose Ave offers everything from skulls, antique jewelry, taxidermy birds and snakes. Since the designer has made it clear his love for all things floral, the Huntington Library in Pasadena currently has lotuses in bloom in their world-renowned garden. Ciao, bella!

Margot Robbie's Braids and Waves
Aussie Margot Robbie’s glam team has been doing her a solid for the Suicide Squad press tour. With THR power stylist Kate Young, makeup artist Pati Dubroff and hairstylist Renato Campora by her side, Robbie’s been getting the "likes" in droves. Her classic and effortless pretty-girl looks, rather than claymation makeup style, is refreshing to see on a young actress. Besides, nothing says "summer" like a side fishtail braid and loose beach waves. Flawless.

Stylist Duo Jill and Jordan Trolled
Jennifer Lawrence’s stylists, Jill Lincoln and Jordan Johnson, posted a screenshot of a fake account claiming the duo are lesbians. Obviously amused by the account, the styling duo posted a Samantha Jones of Sex and The City fame meme that reads, "Once the gay rumors start it means you’re really a star."

Relationship Goals
Bill and Hillary Clinton had quite the balloon party after Hillary accepted the historical nomination. What everyone wasn’t expecting was just how happy the balloons made the couple.

This B*tch is playing Pokemon
If you enter the church of Bey — pray and listen. A member of the BeyHive caught a concert-goer playing Pokemon Go while Beyonce performed a mere four feet away, and then internet-shamed her for it.

Raf Simons Illustrated
UK-based artist Gill Button had a big week after landing her first cover of WWD with a portrait of Raf Simons. The artist's works are wonderfully reminiscent of Italian painter Francesco Clemente (you may recall his work in 1998’s Great Expectations), featuring portraits with deep, soulful eyes and long, hollow features. With 65k followers and counting, this artist joins the ranks of upper echelon Instagram artist Donald Robertson and Baron Von Fancy.

It’s no secret that Chloe Grace Moretz and Brooklyn Beckham are dating, but parents David and Victoria Beckham have stayed silent on their eldest son’s first love — until now. Proud mum Victoria posted an image of Moretz at her DNC speech, in which she urged millennials to be the change that they want in the world. It’s safe to say she’s not only with Hillary Clinton, but she’s with her son’s girlfriend as well.

Southern Charm
THR’s style editor Carol McColgin headed down south to Charleston, and came back with her favorite bites and tips. From where to eat jumbo lump blue crab toast, to getting a unique piece from the oldest family-owned jewelry store, you’ll be charmed, for sure.
