Toronto: Jeffrey Tambor, Emma Roberts, Jane Levy to Star in 'Four Seasons' (Exclusive)
'Here Comes the Night' helmers Peter Kline and Pete Shanel will direct the project, which Paradigm is selling at TIFF.
Jeffrey Tambor, Emma Roberts and Jane Levy will star in indie Four Seasons, a unique story told in four chapters, corresponding to each season.
The project, which Paradigm is selling at the Toronto International Film Festival, is a New York-based story chronicling the dissolution of the Music family, following a divorce. Walter (Tambor), a successful public radio host, is separating from his alcoholic wife, and at the same time dealing with his troubled daughter (Roberts). His son, Stephen, tries to start a new life in Los Angeles with his girlfriend Ashley (Levy) but is pulled back into the family discord.
Peter Kline and Pete Shanel (Here Comes the Night) will direct based on their own script. Christian Taylor of Taylor Lane Productions is producing the project.
Tambor stars in Amazon’s hit series Transparent and won a Golden Globe for his work on the show. His upcoming films include The Accountant with Ben Affleck and voice work in the animated Trolls. He is repped by Gersh and Burstein Company.
Roberts was most recently seen in the thriller Nerve, which came out this summer. She stars on the hit FX series Scream Queens, which will return for its second season this year. Her upcoming films include Billionaire Boys Club, with Ansel Elgort, Taron Egerton and Kevin Spacey. She is repped by CAA and Sweeney Entertainment.
Levy starred in the hit horror-thriller Don't Breathe, which is currently in theaters. Her upcoming projects include Paramount’s Monster Trucks with Lucas Till and Rob Lowe. She is repped by Gersh and Sloane, Offer.
