The singer-actress canceled her appearance Friday morning on CBS’ “Early Show.”

Jennifer Hudson was rushed to a New York hospital early Friday morning for food poisoning, TMZ reports.

The singer-actress, who won an Oscar for her role in Dreamgirls, was supposed to appear on ABC’s Good Morning America and CBS’ Early Show to promote her new album I Remember Me.

After performing on GMA, however, Hudson went to the hospital “due to severe abdominal pains,” her rep told TMZ. “She was treated for food poisoning and released.”
