Jennifer Lawrence, Miley Cyrus Among Barbara Walters' 'Most Fascinating People of the Year'

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, the royal baby and Edward Snowden also made the cut for what will be Walters' final year hosting the ABC special.

Barbara Walters is ready to honor another batch of Most Fascinating People of the Year, with 2013's list including a pop star who added "twerk" to the public lexicon and a set of reality TV breakouts who made duck hunting cool.

Miley Cyrus, Jennifer Lawrence and the cast of A&E's Duck Dynasty are among those who made the cut for Walters' special. Others on the list include Good Morning America anchor Robin Roberts, NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, and Kate Middleton and Prince William’s baby, George.

Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of the Year airs Dec. 18 at 9:30 p.m. ET on ABC. Walters will unveil her pick for most fascinating person during the 90-minute special, which will be the 21st and final time the veteran journalist has hosted it for ABC. Walters announced in May that she will be retiring from TV journalism in 2014.
