"Continuing to tear each other down and destroy careers based on mere allegations is not productive on any level," the actor wrote in a message posted to Twitter following sexual assault claims from three women.

Jeremy Piven on Thursday issued a lengthy statement vehemently denying all allegations of sexual assault.

The actor, who has been accused of assault by three women, called the claims "absolutely false and completely fabricated" in a message posted to his Twitter account.

"I would never force myself on a woman. Period," wrote Piven, adding that he has offered to take a polygraph to "support my innocence" in cooperation with ongoing investigations.

"What I am not able to do is speculate as to the motivations of these women. As a human being I feel compassion for the victims of such acts, but I am perplexed as to the misdirection of anger and false accusations against me and hope they do not detract from the stories that should be heard," his message continued.

Piven's statement comes just after a third woman came forward to accuse him of sexually assaulting her in 2003 during a meeting at the Trump International Hotel and Tower in New York City.

"He jumped on top of me. I tried to push him off, and he forced me to the ground," advertising executive Tiffany Bacon Scourby told People. She claimed that Piven exposed himself to her and rubbed against her body until he climaxed in a detailed account to the publication.

Actress Ariane Bellamar has also alleged the actor groped her on the set of Entourage. CBS announced Oct. 31 that the network is currently looking into the allegations against Piven, who toplines the drama series Wisdom of the Crowd.

The Entourage star condemned the media for printing allegations "as facts" and putting lives of men in danger "without a hearing, due process or evidence."

Added Piven: "I hope we can give people the benefit of a doubt before we rush to judgment. Continuing to tear each other down and destroy careers based on mere allegations is not productive on any level. I hope we can use this moment to begin a constructive dialogue on these issues, which are real and need to be addressed."
