"He jumped on top of me. I tried to push him off, and he forced me to the ground," claims Tiffany Bacon Scourby.

A third woman has come forward and accused Entourage star Jeremy Piven of sexual assault.

Advertising executive Tiffany Bacon Scourby told People that Piven sexually assaulted her at the Trump International Hotel and Tower in 2003.

In graphic detail, Scourby recalled the incident, which she says caused her to "burst into tears."

"He jumped on top of me. I tried to push him off, and he forced me to the ground," Scourby told People, adding that Piven exposed his genitals and then rubbed against her body until he climaxed.

She says she remained clothed but alleged that Piven "held down my hands" and ejaculated "all over my white turtleneck." After, she told the magazine, she pushed Piven off and ran out of his hotel suite. "I rubbed my chest against the wall to get his [semen] off of my sweater. I ran outside and hailed a cab and I just burst into tears. I cried the entire way back to my hotel."

This is not the first time the Wisdom of the Crowd star has been accused of sexual assault.

Previously, Playboy Playmate and reality star Ariane Bellamar accused Piven of assault on two separate occasions. Others have reached out to Bellamar and shared their own stories of alleged assault or misconduct perpetrated by Piven, including Longmire star Cassidy Freeman.

CBS said it was looking into the allegations after Bellamar came forward and Piven's pretaped appearance on CBS' The Late Show With Stephen Colbert was shelved in the wake of the news.

Piven has vehemently denied any wrongdoing, and his reps told People if he were to take a polygraph, which Bellamar suggested, it "would have clearly proven this allegation to be entirely fabricated, a complete lie." Piven is now looking at legal options, his reps told People.
