Hit reality series scores with a record 578,000 viewers, and ups the ante with 'Snooki vs. the Police' episode Monday night.

TORONTO -- Jersey Shore’s fist-pumping Canadian audience just builds and builds.

After the third season bow pulled in 377,000 total viewers on MTV Canada, last week’s episode snagged a record 578,000 viewers north of the border, according to BBM Canada data.

And MTV Canada aired Monday night an episode about Snooki’s much-reported beach antics in Seaside that landed her in trouble with the law.

The hit reality TV show is routinely the most-watched non-sports cable program in Canada in the key 12-34 and 18-34 audience demos.
