Dressed in backwards hats and shorts over their sweats, the duo took over a New York City studio.

Jimmy Fallon and Alex Rodriguez showed off their dance skills after crashing a hip-hop class in New York City on Tuesday's episode of the Tonight Show.

With the help of an instructor from Broadway Bodies, the two learned moves like "Where's my eggs?" set to DJ Kool's "Let Me Clear My Throat."

"I don't know what I'm doing here," Fallon said while attempting the dance. "Where am I? I'm in a basement somewhere. What? How do I get out? It's like an escape room."

At one point, the late-night host became out of breath. He found himself asking for a break, but later, he wanted one even more after the instructor prompted him and Rodriguez to hit an imaginary ball and fake-run to first base.

"Is this just Alex or is it both of us?" a concerned Fallon asks. "I think this could be a good part of the dance where I observe."

The end result was much better than the rehearsal. Check it out below.
