"When should two people get married?" "In the afternoon."

Jimmy Kimmel understands that some opponents of same-sex marriage often ask, "How do I explain this to my kids?" In the wake of the Supreme Court legalizing same-sex marriage, Kimmel decided to reply to that "fair question" by asking children on the street to explain what gay marriage means.

"You wonder if children are sophisticated enough to wrap their heads around something like this," said Kimmel.

As it turns out, many children can understand it. When asked about same-sex marriage and marriage in general, the kids answered in adorable and hilarious fashion.

Remember, you only should get married if you're old enough, preferably in the afternoon, and if you're willing to give up your finances. And if you want to get married, you should be able to.
