He had been with UTA since February.

After six months at UTA, John Cusack has moved to ICM Partners, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

The actor was most recently seen portraying "future" Brian Wilson in Love & Mercy, the biopic of the Beach Boys frontman that began rolling out in theaters in June. The Roadside Attractions drama picked up plenty of critical acclaim on the festival circuit and is considered an awards contender, as is Cusack’s performance.

Cusack’s next film, Spike Lee’s Chi-Raq, also is an awards hopeful. The Chicago-set adaptation of the classical Greek play Lysistrata, Amazon Studios’ first movie, will receive an Oscar-qualifying theatrical release in December. (ICM financed and brokered the film’s U.S. rights on behalf of its client Lee.)
