The suspect is being held on a $5,000 bond.

A man whose dyed hair and tattoos make him look like The Joker was arrested after he allegedly pointed a loaded gun at passing cars in Miami on Tuesday night.

Lawrence Patrick Sullivan, 29, was arrested and later charged with carrying a concealed firearm, according to Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation Department records.

Sullivan was taken into custody after it was reported that a man with green hair and tattoos was pointing a gun at cars, according to NBC6 Miami

When police located Sullivan, he allegedly had a Smith & Wesson handgun with six rounds in the magazine, the news station reported, citing a police report.

During his bail hearing, a despondent Sullivan at first waived his right to a public defender, saying he didn't want to fill out the paperwork. The judge told him it would be a wise idea to accept their help.

Sullivan is being held on a $5,000 bond.
