Justin Bieber to Premiere 'Mistletoe' on MTV Tuesday (Video)
The singer will also sit down for an on-air interview before participating in a 30-minute Q&A on MTV.com.
Christmas for Justin Bieber fans is coming early.
MTV announced Thursday that the pop star will appear live on the music channel Oct. 18 for an on-air special dubbed "MTV FIRST: Justin Bieber." The special, hosted by MTV News' James Montgomery, will include an on-air interview with the singer, before the music video premiere of his new song "Mistletoe" from his upcoming holiday album, Under the Mistletoe (in stores Nov. 1).
After introducing his new video, which was shot in Franklin, TN by his "One Less Lonely Girl" video director, Roman White, the Biebs will then participate in a 30-minute Q&A with fans on MTV.com. Fans can start sending in their questions via video and Twitter submissions at #askbieber now.
The Christmas album is set to feature a mix of both traditional holiday standards (including a duet with Mariah Carey on "All I Want for Christmas Is You") and also some original tracks (many co-written by the singer himself). Usher, Boyz II Men, The Band Perry and Busta Ryhmes will also make guest appearances.
