Saturday Night Live will go out with a bang.

NBC’s long-running comedy show will end its 36th season on May 21 with an A-list pairing of Justin Timberlake and Lady Gaga.

Past Timberlake appearances have produced viral videos “Dick In a Box” and “Mother Lover,” both with SNL’s Andy Samberg, as well as two Emmys for the former boy bander. Timberlake, who likely will be peddling summer rom-com Friends With Benefits, last hosted the show in May of 2009.

Gaga’s previous SNL turn came in 2009, when she appeared as a musical guest with actor Ryan Reynolds. The pop provocateur will inevitably use the show’s finale to push her album Born This Way.

Pregnant 30 Rock star Tina Fey returns to her old stomping grounds to host May 7.
