Kathleen Turner to Return to Broadway in ‘High’

The stage and screen actress will play an ex-alcoholic nun.

Actress Kathleen Turner is set to return to Broadway this spring in High, a new play written by Matthew Lombardo and directed by Rob Ruggiero.

Turner, whose last Broadway appearance was her 2005 Tony-nominated role in the revival of Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, will play a recovering alcoholic nun whose faith is tested when she agrees to sponsor a 19-year-old drug addict.
High opens April 19 at the Booth Theatre in New York.
