The singer sent a positive note to her fans on Sunday.

Though she’s involved in an ongoing legal battle with Dr. Luke and says she feels like she’s “fighting an uphill fight some days,” Kesha sent a positive personal note to her fans.

The singer — who recently returned to the stage at Coachella and charted on the Hot 100 with her Zedd collaboration, “True Colors” — showed off her growing confidence in a series of intimate pictures posted to Instagram on Sunday.

“I have been battling depression and an eating disorder for a while now. my career is in a strange place and it feels like I'm fighting an uphill fight some days. but I have decided to take my life back. my freedom. my happiness. my voice. my worth,” Kesha wrote alongside an image of herself facing the ocean in a triumphant stance (which is somewhat NSFW).

“I will not just f—ing be quiet and hide. today I will say f— it and live. So F— it. today I'm making that choice. AND IM HAPPY AS A DAMN CLAM,” she said.

“and also a big ol f— u if u wanna hate on my body. just remember that makes u look like a dickhead,” Kesha added.

“this water is the same color of my aura apparently,” she captioned another oceanside picture.
