Kevin Spacey's High-Concept Comedy 'Nine Lives' Gets Release Date

EuropaCorp has set a release date for Nine Lives, which stars Kevin Spacey, Jennifer Garner and Christopher Walken.

The high-concept comedy from Men in Black director Barry Sonnenfeld will open on April 29, 2016. The film portrays a stuffy businessman who finds himself trapped inside the body of his family's cat, and also stars Talitha Bateman, Mark Consuelos and Robbie Amell.

Nine Lives was written by Daniel Antoniazzi and Ben Shiffrin. EuropaCorp is financing, producing and distributing the movie with Christophe Lambert and Luc Besson signed on as producers.

EuropaCorp's other upcoming projects include The Transporter Refueled, opening on Sept. 4, 2015; Shut In, starring Naomi Watts, which will be released on February 19, 2016; and the action-thriller The Lake starring Sullivan Stapleton and J.K. Simmons, out July 15, 2016.
