Khloe Kardashian Files for Divorce From Lamar Odom Again
The reality star is calling it quits.
Khloe Kardashian is calling it quits with Lamar Odom for the second time.
Kardashian is filing for divorce from the basketball player again, the reality star's rep confirmed Thursday to The Hollywood Reporter.
Similar to the first time she filed for divorce from the basketball player, TMZ reported that the reality star is citing irreconcilable differences. According to the gossip site's sources, the couple have a prenup and worked out a property settlement the first time around. TMZ notes that Kardashian enlisted attorney Laura Wasser to help settle the divorce.
Kardashian previously filed for divorce in December 2013, but the judge had yet to sign off on the paperwork before Odom's hospitalization after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel last October. During that time, the couple called off the split.
In addition to the former Los Angeles Laker star's drug addiction that led to their marital problems, Kardashian, 31, revealed earlier this year that Odom, 36, had been cheating on her for "the majority" of their marriage.
"Lamar was so great at making me feel like I was the only one and I was this princess, so I never speculated cheating," she told Howard Stern on his Sirius XM radio show in January. "He was so good. Nothing was on his cellphones."
The duo tied the knot in 2009 after dating for a month.
Kardashian's lawyer did not immediately respond to THR's request for comment.
