The Instagram post, captioned, "Habibi Love," has the Twittersphere up in arms over the double standard of Western cultural appropriation.

This isn't the first time that the Kardashian has been called out for being insensitive toward Muslims and Middle Eastern culture. This past Halloween, the 30-year-old posted a photo of herself in a cat costume with brother-in-law Scott Disick, who was dressed as a Sheik, with the caption, "Sheik Pussy."

Kardashian isn't the only celeb to cause controversy by wearing the traditionally Muslim headdress. Madonna made waves last year for posting a photo on Instagram of herself in a niqab with the caption: "It's that kind of day #unapologeticbitch."
