Kiersey Clemons to Star in Aron Eli Coleite and Nia DaCosta Horror Podcast

'Ghost Tape,' which hails from QCode, follows a new Army recruit on a Texas base.

Candyman director Nia DaCosta has teamed with Locke & Key writer Aron Eli Coleite on a new horror podcast for QCode.

The duo have co-created Ghost Tape, a story about a new Army recruit on a remote Texas base. Antebellum actress Kiersey Clemons is on board to voice the lead role and serve as an executive producer.

Ghost Tape tells the story of what happens when Tessa Dixon, struggling with the psychological and physical trauma of basic training, discovers a tape of her grandfather’s and unleashes a deadly manifestation of her family’s horrible misdeeds.

Coleite will serve as showrunner alongside Alexandra Hartman ,who wrote the episodes. Malakai is directing. Coleite is also executive producing with DaCosta, as well as QCode’s Rob Herting and David Henning and Automatik’s Brian Kavanaugh-Jones, Fred Berger and Justin Levy.

Ghost Tapes will join a roster of QCode podcasts that include Blackout starring Rami Malek, Carrier starring Cynthia Erivo and Borrasca starring Cole Sprouse.

Clemons is repped by UTA. Coleite is repped by Grandview and Jackoway Tyerman. DaCosta is repped by CAA, Management 360 and Casarotto Ramsay.
