And — surprise! — she's not wearing any clothes.

Kim Kardashian flaunts the body that launched a thousand waist-trainers-and-detox-tea Instagram posts for the cover of GQ's 10th annual "Love, Sex, and Madness" issue — her first GQ cover in the U.S. (Kardashian was named British GQ's Woman of the Year in 2014.)

After her memorable Keeping Up With the Kardashians meme-inspiring meltdown over her W magazine cover shoot, which she lambasted as "full f—king porn," it seems Kim's gotten more comfortable with revealing skin in front of the photographer's lens.

Kim teased the GQ cover and spread, shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, and called it a "special project" in a NSFW Instagram post. In the full GQ spread, Kim dons furs, leather, and lingerie, and leaves little to the imagination.

Time will only tell if this cover will reach the fever pitch that her internet-breaking, Jean-Paul Goude inspired Paper magazine cover did back in 2014.
