"By the time you have kids ... nobody will probably care about you; let's be honest."

The NBA player was previously married to Jenner's stepdaughter, Kim Kardashian.

Kris Humphries has apologized for a tweet he posted on Friday night following Bruce Jenner's 20/20 interview with Diane Sawyer in which the former Olympian revealed "I am a woman."

"Man, I'm glad I got out when I did. #Gottadoyou," Humphries posted at 10:04 p.m. on Friday.

The Washington Wizards NBA player and former spouse of Kim Kardashian took to Twitter on Saturday morning to clarify his tweets and apologize.

"I have and always will support Bruce hence . Now recognize I was too vague and sincerely apologize for the way this came across," he first posted, followed by, "FullySupportBruce."

In the exclusive, two-hour sit-down interview with Sawyer, Jenner revealed that he has "always been very confused with my gender identity since I was this big." E! announced on Friday night that Jenner will star in a docuseries this summer chronicling his transition from male to female.
