David Guillod resigned Nov. 4 after a former client accused him of drugging and assaulting her.

Kristin Chenoweth has fired Primary Wave Entertainment, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed. The Tony and Emmy winner had just signed with the management company in July.

Earlier this month, actress Jessica Barth accused Primary Wave co-CEO David Guillod of drugging and then sexually assaulting her in 2012. Guillod resigned from the company two days later, on Nov. 4.

Jane the Virgin star Gina Rodriguez last week also parted ways with Primary Wave. Unlike Chenoweth, she was directly managed by Guillod.
