The creators of 'Empire' and 'Mad Men' will speak at the 6th annual Paris-based TV festival.

The Series Mania international television festival, which runs from April 17-25 at the Forum des Images in Paris, has unveiled its lineup.

Special guests will include Matthew Weiner, who will be on hand to discuss the final season of Mad Men as it rolls out stateside, and Empire co-creator Lee Daniels, coming off a highly successful first season of his popular hip-hop melodrama. Hagai Levi, creator of Showtime's The Affair and the original Israeli version of In Treatment, will also give a talk to the public.

Now in its sixth edition (or "season"), the Series Mania fest is one of the largest TV-dedicated confabs in the world, with 67 series premieres slated for this year's program, along with masterclasses, lectures, debates and a co-production market catering to Europe-based projects.

The four main sections will screen new shows from U.S., the U.K, France and the rest of the world. U.S. premieres include Fox's Wayward Pines, whose pilot was directed by executive producer M. Night Shyamalan; the Kyle Chandler- and Sissy Spacek-starrer Bloodline, which debuted on Netflix; and HBO's Game of Thrones, with episodes 1 and 2 of the fifth season making their French premiere.

British series will include Queer as Folk creator Russell T. Davies' comedies Cucumber and Banana; The Game, from Being Human showrunner Toby Whithouse; and the French premiere of BBC miniseries The Casual Vacancy, which was adapted from the 2012 novel by J.K. Rowling (the show will air on HBO at the end of April).

The French program will be highlighted by the premiere of Canal Plus' Le Bureau des legendes, starring Mathieu Kassovitz and directed by Eric Rochant (Mobius), while the international slate will feature new shows from Denmark (Follow the Money), Sweden (Blue Eyes), Australia (Gallipoli, The Principal) Argentina (La Casa, from Diego Lerman) and Israel (False Flag, Sirens).

Series Mania will announce further guests and special events in the coming weeks. Previous speakers at the fest include David Simon, Terence Winter, Vince Gilligan and Nic Pizzolatto.
