The Oscar winner recently sold his two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo for a reported $8 million, which represents a loss of $2 million from when he purchased it two years ago.

Leonardo DiCaprio continues to unload portions of his real estate portfolio, the most recent sale coming in New York City’s Greenwich Village.

The Academy Award winner recently sold his two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 66 East 11th St. for a reported $8 million. That represents a loss of $2 million from what he paid for it. DiCaprio bought the 3,663-square-foot condo in the building — marketed for its eco-friendliness and wellness features — for $10 million just two years ago.

Some of the building’s wellness features include vitamin C-infused showers, aromatherapy air supply, purified air and water and posture-supportive heat reflexology flooring. There are a total of six residences in the building.

In September, DiCaprio listed a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Studio City that he quietly has owned since 2014. That listing came just a week after the star put his Malibu spread, which is located on the exclusive stretch of coast called Carbon Beach, on the market for $10.9 million.

News of the sale was first reported by the New York Observer.
