Lewis Henderson to head Davie Brown Ent.

Former WMA exec named CEO of marketing firm

Omnicom-owned entertainment marketing firm Davie Brown Entertainment has named former William Morris Agency digital media group chief Lewis Henderson as its CEO.

Henderson, who left WMA after 17 years in February, will replace James Davie, who co-founded the agency in 1985. He is retiring later this year.

Henderson is a veteran of both entertainment marketing and digital media at WMA, where he previously led the agency's corporate consulting division. He is expected to bring his expertise and contacts from Hollywood and Silicon Valley to drive the expansion of digital marketing at Davie Brown.

"Lewis is the rare triple-threat combination of successful agency entrepreneur, leading brand consultant and global digital expert," said Ray Clark, founder and CEO of the Marketing Arm, the Omnicom unit under which Davie Brown operates.
