Lifetime poses bare-bones promos


Lifetime is taking it all off to promote "How to Look Good Naked," a new series hosted by Carson Kressley.

A total of 160 women, cloaked in bathrobes and with bras in hand, will flood Manhattan public transport on their way to Times Square today as part of the "March of the Robes" guerrilla campaign preceding the series premiere at 9 p.m. Friday.

The network has partnered with Bliss Spa, ELF Cosmetics, Macy's, Maidenform, Redbook, Keri Renewal and Vespa to launch the campaign, which also will feature "Funhouse Mirrors" displays in New York, Los Angeles and Miami and the distribution of "Happy Nude Year" greeting cards with a holiday audio greeting from Kressley ("Queer Eye for the Straight Guy"). Digital content at will feature Kressley's beauty and fashion tips and an online sweepstakes.

In addition to "How to Look Good Naked," Lifetime will kick off two more reality series Friday night: "Matched in Manhattan" at 9:30 p.m. and "Top This Party" at 10 p.m.
