Lily Collins to Star in Anorexia Dark Comedy 'To the Bone'
The film will be helmed by Marti Noxon, the creator of Lifetime's 'UnREAL' and Bravo's 'Girlfriend's Guide to Divorce.'
Lily Collins will star in To the Bone, a dark comedy centered on a young woman's fight against anorexia.
The film will be the feature directorial debut for Marti Noxon, who also wrote the script, drawing from her own experience with an eating disorder.
Collins is known for her roles in the Snow White retelling Mirror Mirror and YA adaptation Mortal Instruments, and recently was cast as the female lead in the Amazon series The Last Tycoon, based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's final, unfinished novel.
Noxon, a TV veteran, is the creator of Bravo's Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce and the co-creator of the Lifetime series UnREAL. Her other credits include a writer on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, as well as a consulting producer on Mad Men and Glee.
