The judge previously said a deal would involve jail time for the actress, who has pleaded not guilty to stealing a $2,500 necklace.

Lindsay Lohan, who is charged with felony grand theft over a $2,500 necklace, will not accept a plea deal when she goes to court Thursday, the Associated Press reported, citing sources.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Keith L. Schwartz previously told the actress that a plea deal would involve jail time. She is due back in court Thursday to give her decision on whether she will accept the deal.

Lohan has pleaded not guilty to stealing the necklace from Kamofie & Co., a jewelry store in Venice, Calif.

Footage from the store's four surveillance cameras surfaced this week that showed Lohan pacing, texting, trying on two other necklaces and leaving the store after about 45 minutes with the jewelry still around her neck as a store clerk held open the door for her.

The AP's source said Lohan's defense team thinks the video will be helpful to the actress' case.
