The U.K. girl group opened the show.

X Factor U.K.'s winning girl group Little Mix kicked off the 2017 Brit Awards on Wednesday, taking place at the O2 Arena in London.

The group performed their breakup anthem, “Shout Out to My Ex,” is the fourth single from their recent album Glory Days.

Dressed in metallic ensembles, the girls danced around the stage with a female-driven group of backup dancers, showcasing a sense of girl power throughout their performance.

While performing their anthem with sass and flair, the girls passionately lifted their fists in the air while singing with angst for anyone who has been heartbroken. The girl group are up for three awards at this year's ceremony. 'Shout-out to My Ex' topped the UK music charts for five weeks and is their fourth #1 single.

The four members of the group — Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall — competed on the eighth season of the U.K. version of The X Factor in 2011.  They were formed as a group by the judges during the show’s bootcamp period. Little Mix is the first group to have won the U.K. series.
