Looking for a new 'Jersey Shore'

Report: DJ plans Fire Island reality show

Everyone seems to be looking to pitch the next hit show in the vein of MTV's "Jersey Shore."

Kevin James Dalton, aka DJ Strip, is working on a reality TV series under the working title "The House Shares of Fire Island," the New York Post reported Friday without saying when or where it could air.

It will follow the DJ's wild gigs in Manhattan and Fire Island, where he lives in a beach house owned by Joe Beck, who's "defraying the $1 million cost of his dream abode by renting rooms out to contentious housemates," the paper said.

According to Strip, "Beck is the next Michael Sorrentino . . . he may not be 'ripped,' but he is colorful."
