Los Cabos Film Fest Unveils Lineup

'Listen Up Philip'

Official competition features films from the U.S., Canada and Mexico

Los Cabos International Film Festival has selected Listen Up Philip, 10.000 Km and The Overnighters as the U.S. entries in its main competition section.

Alex Ross Perry's indie drama Listen Up Philip stars Jason Schwartzman (The Grand Budapest Hotel) and Elizabeth Moss (Mad Men); Carlos Marques-Marcet's 10.000 Km won a special jury award at SXSW for best acting duo; and the Jesse Moss documentary The Overnighters walked away with a special jury prize at Sundance earlier this year.

Among the films representing Mexico is Alonso Ruiz Palacios' black-and-white dramedy Gueros, while Vancouver International Film Festival award-winner Violent and Berlin Crystal Bear nominee 3 Histoires d'Indiens are among the Canadian titles in competition.

Heading into its third edition, Los Cabos is set to run Nov. 12-16.
