More pilot season coverage

"Lucky Louie" stars Louis C.K. and Pamela Adlon are reuniting for a new half-hour series project.

The pair have inked a deal to co-create and co-write a multicamera comedy for CBS and CBS Paramount Network TV.

C.K. and Adlon also intend to star in the comedy about a married couple who have been together too long and have too many children.

Comedian C.K. will serve as an executive producer on the project, which has received a script commitment from CBS.

C.K. and Adlon also portrayed a married couple on C.K.'s raunchy sitcom "Lucky Louie" for HBO. The pair penned an episode of the series titled "Discipline."

C.K., who is filming the Ricky Gervais-directed feature comedy "This Side of the Truth," recently completed his upcoming HBO stand-up special "Louis C.K.: Chewed Up." He won an Emmy for his writing work on "The Chris Rock Show."

Adlon, who won an Emmy for her voice-over work on Fox's long-running animated series "King of the Hill," also has a role on the Showtime series "Californication."

C.K. is repped by UTA and 3 Arts. Adlon is with Schumacher Management.
