This L.A.-Based "It" Girl Brand Launches Its First Bridal Collection
For Love & Lemons counts Kate Bosworth, Jamie Chung and Taylor Swift among fans of its music festival-ready dresses and lace bikinis.
Boho brides-to-be looking for affordably chic wedding gowns are in luck: L.A.-based label For Love & Lemons is launching its first-ever bridal collections.
Founders Gillian Kern and Laura Hall decided to release their first bridal range after getting a number of requests from customers. "We really took to heart the full scope of the events throughout the weekend and created styles for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners and the ceremonies themselves," said the design duo.
The 10-piece collection offers plenty of silhouettes that are fitting for a casual, low-key ceremony, from lace and ruffle mini dresses to gowns with revealing backs. Now available at forloveandlemons.com, the lingerie pieces are priced from $75 to $190, and the dresses run from $250 to $800.
"We used a variety of techniques throughout the collection, though our favorite is the 3D embroidery daisies seen on a few of the dresses. These summery flowers that float off the dress give the bride a 'covered in flowers' look, which we love," shared the longtime BFFs, adding that they were inspired by "what we envision our own weddings to be like — dreamy, classy and effortless."
Founded in 2011, For Love & Lemons is known for its music festival-ready dresses, lace bikinis and sexy skivvies. Taylor Swift, Kaia Gerber, Kate Bosworth, Jamie Chung, Jaime King and Emma Roberts are among the brand's famous fans.
